(originally Hangzhou Xinfeng Plastic Factory) produces small plastic woven sacks, big flexible freight containers, liner bags, and geosynthetics. In 2003 we entered into a Sino-foreign joint venture as Hangzhou Meilihua Qiandao Plastic Products Co., Ltd. and have upgraded our facilities.

We imported 2 wire drawing aircrews, 2 domestic wire drawing machines, 128 round looms of four strings from Austria, as well as owning six strings of domestic 30 round looms, 128-4 string round looms, and 30-6 strings round looms. We output 50,000,000 small wrapping bags; 8,000 tons of geosynthetics, and 2,000,000 flexible freight containers each year.
